Who may run: 7th & 8th graders ONLY--girls & boys

AHSAA schools only

Race Times:

4:00 Coaches' Meeting

4:30 Girls 2 mi.

5:00 Boys 2 mi.

Course: Grass start, gravel trail--some asphalt and concrete crossings, rolling with switchbacks.



Awards:

Top Twenty Individuals receive "All State" Medals.

Top Ten Individuals receive Elite Runner T-Shirts.

Top two Teams receive Trophies

Top Individual receives "Champion Plaque"

T-Shirts & Concessions available!



Entry Fee:

$75 per team

$20 per individual for teams with less than 4 athletes.
